Browse and personalise your ticket in the configurator, add to cart, and complete checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation by email straight away.

Digital downloads: experience type, venue name, location, recipient name, and valid-until date. Printed tickets include all of those plus a personal message on the back.

Physical orders cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed, as production begins immediately. Digital downloads can be corrected before delivery — email us quickly at hello@momeo.co.uk.

Digital downloads are delivered instantly by email. Physical keepsakes typically arrive within 3–5 business days (UK only).

Not currently — all physical orders use standard UK delivery.

Physical products are UK only. Digital downloads can be sent anywhere in the world.

If your delivery includes tracking, you'll receive the details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Personalised physical keepsakes cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Email hello@momeo.co.uk within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.

These can be returned within 30 days in their original condition for a full refund.

Digital downloads cannot be refunded once they have been delivered.

All tickets are printed on Mohawk Fine Paper — 324gsm, certified recycled stock. It offers excellent print clarity with a refined, tactile quality.
