Does the keepsake grant entry to the experience?
No. Momeo keepsakes are commemorative — a personalised gift to mark the occasion. The actual experience (track day, spa booking, theatre ticket, etc.) is booked and arranged separately.
Can I personalise every detail?
Yes. Digital Download, Duo Set and Premium Edition are personalised with the experience, venue, recipient name and date. Duo Set and Premium Edition also carry a short personal message on the back. Poster Series prints are themed art and are not personalised.
How fast is UK delivery?
Digital Downloads arrive by email within minutes of payment. Printed editions ship from the UK and arrive within 3–5 business days.
What if I need to make a change?
For digital products, get in touch within 1 hour of purchase and we’ll do our best. Printed products are made to order and cannot be changed once production has started — please double-check all details before paying. Faulty or damaged items are entitled to a free replacement under UK consumer law.

Pick a Digital Download for last-minute gifting, a Duo Set for couples or mother-daughter trips, a Premium Edition as a statement gift, or an A3 Poster Series art print for the bedroom or dressing room. A proper gift for Mother's Day, anniversaries, Valentine's, milestone birthdays, or a well-earned thank-you. All formats are designed in London, with printed editions produced in the UK using eco-friendly water-based inks and reduced plastic packaging.
